Our biggest enhancement yet to the Text Connect Platform is here! We are thrilled to introduce a brand new feature: Text Retention Campaigns. What are they? Our ongoing text campaign service is a text message system that uses your customers' data to send them customized communications based on triggers that you set. There are several options for triggers. They can be sent based on the last time a customer has visited, estimated mileage of a vehicle, time since a particular service was performed, and more!
