Save Time, Build Relationships

Managing online reviews is crucial for any auto repair shop’s reputation, but we know how time-consuming it can be. Early in 2024, KUKUI launched our AI Review Responder, enabling shop owners to craft thoughtful, professional responses to reviews—whether they’re glowing or constructive—with just a few clicks. This feature helped our clients maintain strong customer relationships while saving valuable time.


The success of our AI Review Responder inspired us to take it one step further with our AI Review Responder 2.0. 


This upgrade introduced two powerful capabilities:

  • Bulk Responses: Manage and respond to multiple reviews at once, freeing up even more time.
  • Auto-Respond: Set smart rules to automatically generate personalized replies, keeping your shop’s online presence active and engaging without requiring constant oversight. This evolution of the AI Review Responder has been a game-changer for high-volume shops looking to streamline customer interaction.

Keep You Compliant

 Updates for 10DLC Policies

The telecommunications landscape continues to evolve, and staying compliant with the latest 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) policies was a priority for KUKUI. In 2024, we implemented critical updates to ensure that our platform met the latest standards, helping our clients send SMS communications securely and confidently. Compliance may not be glamorous, but it is essential—and we’re committed to keeping your business ahead of the curve.

Google Business Profile Management Enhancements

Your Google Business Profile (GBP) is often the first impression customers have of your shop. This year, KUKUI introduced significant enhancements to our GBP management tool, making it easier for shop owners to update their profiles, post photos, share promotions, and keep their information accurate. The result? Improved search visibility and stronger local presence for your shop.

2-Way Appointment Integrations

In order to allow for real-time appointment scheduling between KUKUI and your shop management system, we proudly launched two-way appointment integrations with some of the industry’s leading shop management systems, including NapaTracs, ShopMonkey, and Protractor. 

Live Scheduler

Revolutionizing Appointment Booking


Last but certainly not least, KUKUI launched our most ambitious feature to date: our Live Scheduler. Scheduling appointments has always been a critical aspect of running a shop, and we wanted to make the process as seamless as possible. With Live Scheduler, customers can book appointments online in real-time, view availability, and even receive automated reminders—all synced with your shop’s schedule.


This feature has transformed how shops handle bookings, reducing no-shows, improving efficiency, and delivering a better experience for customers. We’re proud to say that Live Scheduler has been our most impactful launch this year, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from clients that have embraced it.

Pushing forward in 2025

Off to a great start in 2025, this year we’ll be rolling out some game-changing features that will further empower you to streamline operations, boost online visibility, and enhance customer engagement. Some of these features are focused around multi-shop website capabilities, content and SEO, and more AI-powered tools.
