Support Guidelines:


  • Email Support: For general support, please email support@kukui.com. You will receive a response by the next business day.


  • Urgent Issues: Please call 725-325-5909 during KUKUI Support Hours: (7am to 7pm Eastern Time - Monday through Friday).


  • Client Success Coordinator: If you are a PRO or Premium Client, your Client Success Coordinator contact information is available in the Control Panel under Support → “your Account Manager”.
