The feature many Kukui clients have been asking for is here - Live Web Chat! Live Web Chat provides customers and prospects an easy and convenient way to communicate with your shop directly through your KUKUI website. Using the KUKUI Control Panel or the Connect Chat mobile app, you can answer incoming customer questions and help book appointments. This feature is now available as part of the Text Connect Platform or as a stand-alone product to clients who have a KUKUI website.

- Prospects no longer have to pick up the phone to communicate with you! They can simply click the chat bubble on your KUKUI website, enter their name and phone number, and a live chat is initiated.
