1. Eligibility

This Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and are affiliated with the automobile industry. Eligible participants must work for or in an auto repair shop (e.g., technicians, service advisors, shop managers, owners, or other related roles).

KUKUI employees may submit brackets for fun but are not eligible to win prizes. Immediate family members of KUKUI employees are also ineligible.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on [Start Date] and ends on April 7, 2025 (the "Contest Period"). Entries must be submitted by [Entry Deadline] to qualify.

3. How to Enter

To participate, follow these steps:

1. Visit [Contest Webpage URL] to sign up for the contest.
   
2. After signing up, you will receive the link and password to join the official KUKUI group on ESPN.
   
3. Complete and submit your bracket within the official KUKUI ESPN group before the [Bracket Submission Deadline].

🔹 Brackets submitted outside of the official KUKUI ESPN group will not be eligible for prizes.

🚨 Participation is limited to 64,000 entrants, as per ESPN’s bracket group capacity. Entry will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the group reaches capacity, no additional brackets will be accepted.

🚨 Important: The bracket submission deadline is final. Technology delays, platform outages (ESPN, internet providers, etc.), or personal technical issues will not be considered valid reasons for deadline extensions. KUKUI is not responsible for any technological malfunctions, and late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

4. Winner Selection and Prizes

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

• Rolling chances to win throughout the tournament—exclusive to Auto Repair Pulse Facebook group members!

Prize Pool Increases:

• KUKUI may increase the total prize pool and/or offer additional prizes based on the growth of the Auto Repair Pulse Facebook group.
  
• The total prize pool will increase in increments of $1,000 for every 1,000 new members, up to a maximum of $7,000.
  
• If the group experiences suspicious activity or fake accounts, KUKUI reserves the right to void the prize increase at its sole discretion.

5. Tiebreakers

In the event of a tie, winners will be determined by the following criteria in order:

1. Closest prediction of the total points scored in the championship game.
   
2. Random drawing if a tie remains.

6. Winner Notification & Claiming Prizes

Winners will be notified via email and must respond within seven (7) days. If a winner fails to respond, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible participant.

7. Publicity Release

By participating, entrants grant KUKUI the right to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. General Conditions

• KUKUI reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity.
  
• KUKUI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes (IRS Form 1099 may be issued for prizes over $600).

9. Liability Release

By entering, participants release KUKUI, its affiliates, and social media platforms from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation.

🚨 KUKUI is not responsible for any technology issues, delays, or platform malfunctions that may impact entry submission, scoring, or participation in the contest. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with ESPN's platform, internet disruptions, or personal device failures. All deadlines are final.

10. No Affiliation Disclaimer

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, ESPN, the NCAA, or any third parties.

11. Disputes

All disputes arising from this Contest shall be resolved individually in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without resort to class action litigation.
