Once you join the KUKUI ohana (that’s “Hawaiian for family), you'll receive a welcome email that outlines the steps ahead. You'll be connected with a Project Coordinator who will guide you through setting up your goals, defining your target customers, discussing design preferences, and ensuring you're prepared for success.
Benefit from our wealth of experience — we've assisted thousands of clients. Your Project Coordinator will collaborate with you, offering expert advice on optimizing your website and retention modules to meet your objectives. They'll be your main contact throughout the onboarding process, ensuring everything runs smoothly until your launch on the KUKUI platform. Once you're live, you'll be introduced to your dedicated Client Success Coordinator who will be your partner on your KUKUI journey.
